Welcome to Valley Studio Pilates & Wellness
Valley Studio Pilates & Wellness is a welcoming, friendly studio overlooking the stunning Araluen Estate in Roleystone, just ten minutes from Kelmscott. Led by instructor Kathy Kelly, each class is designed to help you unwind from everyday stress and reconnect with how your body moves.
The focus of our classes is on low-impact exercise that builds flexibility, strength and balance, with attention to postural alignment, core stability and muscle balance. Every session is designed to feel supportive, structured and achievable, so you leave feeling grounded and energised.

Our Roleystone Studio Location
Valley Studio is located at the Araluen Estate, Country Club Ave Roleystone WA, making it easy for locals and wishing to join Pilates classes near Kelmscott and Armadale. We have created a space that is calm and welcoming, with small classes that allow for individual guidance. You will feel supported to work at the right level for your body on the day, whether you are building foundations or refining your technique.
What We Offer
Matwork Pilates
You’ll build core strength and better alignment to improve posture. Using your own body weight, you’ll increase flexibility and mobility while learning safe movement patterns you can use every day.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer is a low-impact, full-body workout using guided resistance to build lean strength, joint stability and improved posture. Both formats emphasise breathing, centring, concentration, control, flow and precision so you move well and feel confident.
We offer Pilates classes for beginners and experienced practitioners looking to challenge their abilities.
A Supportive Teaching Style
Kathy brings extensive experience in Matwork and Reformer instruction, along with additional background in Studio, Fitball, Pregnancy/Post-Pregnancy classes and Barre Attack. The teaching style is clear, encouraging and attentive, with cues that make technique simple to understand. You will gain strength and stability while staying mindful of alignment, breath and control.
