Our Equipment
To have an enjoyable and productive experience, you need quality equipment. We have a suite of new Resista Pilates Reformers made from gloss-finished maple timber that elevates the studio look and supports smooth, controlled movement.
Each Reformer is maintained to a high standard. This helps you focus on form, breath and alignment while building consistency across your classes.
We also use equipment you might be familiar with, like foam rollers, magic circles, bands, fit-balls, Pilates palls and arc for Matwork practice.
Our Stunning Location
The studio is located within the Araluen Estate Golf Course in Roleystone in a dedicated space made to make you feel welcomed. Parking and access are straightforward, making it convenient for your regular routine.
about Kathy
Kathy is a professional trainer with a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and a background in psychology. She completed her full Diploma at Pilates Fitness Institute in WA, where she learned to design creative, functional programs across Matwork, Reformer and Studio. Her training included specialised study for pregnancy and post-natal clients, rehabilitation, and elite-level conditioning.
With more than 10 years’ experience teaching across WA, Kathy has taught Matwork, Reformer, Studio, Fitball, Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy classes, and Barre Attack.
Kathy builds a custom plan around your health, schedule and fitness goals. The focus is steady progress by making Pilates a regular habit and supporting mindful health decisions that fit your lifestyle.
